Birsel Küppers, Managing Director

Education: Studied economic sciences, specialising in business information systems, at Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences (Dipl.-Kauffrau (FH)), qualified tax assistant. Birsel Küppers brings her many years of professional consultancy experience at a well-known auditing company with her. She combines high-level specialist knowledge from the finance and accountancy sector with certified SAP® expertise.

Helmut Fuchs, Managing Director

Education: Studied sociology, German and media sciences at the Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf (M.A.) Helmut Fuchs has been advising small and medium-sized companies since 1999 and sees himself as a closely involved adviser. Tradition, personal care and emotional closeness are important elements of his consultancy. His focus is process counselling (P2P, O2C, I2D) in connection with SAP® (SRM). His long-term experience in project management is backed by PMP® and Certified SIX SIGMA® Black Belt qualifications.

Alexander Pecking, Consultant /  Project Manager

Education: Studied engineering sciences specialising in mechanical engineering at Bochum University of Applied Sciences (Dipl.-Ingenieur (FH)). Alexander Pecking has built up experience in the area of quality control in the vehicle and automotive supply industry. Expert in management system consultancy with more than three years experience in quality management within medium-sized metal and automotive companies. Consulting on the implementation of management systems according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 14001:2005 standards; documentation and benchmarking of processes; consulting on the implementation and realisation of quality management methods.

Heike Höök, Assistant of the management

Education: Management Assistant for Office Communication. Mrs. Höök is the communication interface of our company. Due to her extensive experience in different industries and business areas, she will be glad to answer all your questions and concerns quickly and professionally. After several years abroad she will be a qualified contact person for our international customers.

Leonhard Ochtrop, IT Service Management / Back Office

Education: At present studies economy education with main emphasis on business informatics and service management and retailing. Soon to be diploma teacher of commercial subjects and Master of Education. Mr Ochtrop provides a smooth and convenient workflow in our IT system and does extensive work in the back office. By his sound knowledge in all sorts of areas of the underlying systems and the communication infrastructure we sustain our flexibility and adaptability of the business processes in the technological change.

Fawad Jacobi, student assistant / Back Office

Education: At present, Mr Jacobi is studying economy chemistry at Heinrich-Heine university in Düsseldorf with main emphasis on investment, financing, controlling and enterprise examination. Mr Jacobi supports our team in projects which aim at the optimization of finance and accountancy proccesses als well as controlling.
