• Project management for the work package "Implementing of parallel accounting into the general ledger", special feature: Local legislation corresponded to both HGB [German Commercial Code] and also ARL (Danish GAAP) at the same time, hence three accounting standards were represented in parallel

• Analysis of the group’s accounts layout, the operational standard accounts layouts and the national accounts layouts of 26 national companies for the purpose of feedback into the operational accounts layout
• Harmonisation of the operational standard accounts layout with the item number catalogue of the parent group (SAP FI, SAP EC-CS, HFM)
• Analysis of the extracts generated for the consolidation preparation ledger taking account of extensive centralised and decentralised substitutions (SAP FI, SAP EC-CS)
• Support for the national companies in the modification measures derived from the analyses in SAP R/3 4.6C for the purpose of feedback to the operational standard accounts layout via telephone and email
